What are your shipping rates within Canada?
We offer flat-rate shipping across all Canadian provinces. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and your delivery location. Please note that additional surcharges may apply for oversized furniture items.
What is your return policy?
Unopened and unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. For hygiene reasons, innerwear, masks, and food items are final sale.
Can I return an online order to a physical store?
Yes, online orders can be returned to any MUJI retail location in Canada, provided you have your digital invoice. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, MUJI Canada only ships to addresses within Canada. For orders to the United States or other countries, please visit the respective MUJI regional websites.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
