MUJI Canada accepts returns of unwashed, unworn, and undamaged merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that certain items, such as innerwear and final sale products, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and clearance regulations.

  Choose Return Method

  Bring your items to any MUJI retail location in Canada for an immediate refund, or contact our customer support team to initiate a mail-in return for online orders.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically appearing on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.
